How the day of surgery goes

From diagnosis to the aftercare briefing, everything is finished within a day

STEP 03HarvestingWe take the grafts from the back of the scalp.
STEP 04Microscopic dissectionWe separate the harvested grafts one by one under a microscope (the steps differ by technique).
STEP 05PlacementWe place each graft to match the direction and angle your hair grows in.
STEP 06AftercareWe explain the first wash and set your follow-up schedule.
AFTER SURGERY

The first year after surgery

Better to know about the shedding phase before you start

Surgery to 1 week
There is swelling and redness. You can return to normal life after 1–2 days with FUE and 10–14 days with FUT.
2–4 weeks
This is when the transplanted hairs shed. The follicles stay in place, so there is no cause for concern.
3–4 months
New hair starts to grow. It comes through fine at first.
6 months
The shape settles. We photograph under the same conditions so you can compare.
12 months
We assess the final result.
